“What a perfect getaway! The scenery, the sound of the creek, the wildlife, the fire pit, and the horses were just a few of the perks we encountered this past weekend at the Creekside Cabin! This property may look small, but is much bigger than it looks. Very cozy and modern. Everything was so clean, and the linens smelled amazing! Loved loved loved our stay there! We will be back! “This property accommodated our families perfectly. We had everything we needed between the spacious inside and the outdoor patios. The drive to the sand dunes was very easy and we loved coming back to the hot tub to relax. I still can’t get over the views from every single window in the house, from the sunrise to the stars. It was magical. Would definitely visit here again, the only change I would make is fighting harder for the master bedroom :)”

“Great location to stay. Phillip greeted us upon arrival, very nice and friendly guy. We enjoyed our stay at their location. One thing we were very displeased with was the uncleanliness in the house. Dog hair all over the place, on the carpets, the beds, on the countertops & table. Pet friendly places must be cleaned much better at all times.”

“This cabin was located at a lower elevation than other cabins we viewed. Perfect for a couples get away. Appliances were large and functioned well. Used the crock pot and ate at the cabin. Never ate out! We enjoyed visiting this part of Colorado which made this cabin a great location. The history of the cabin is awesome decor and the framed reminders of what NOT to do at the cabin was very tasteful. We used the Fire-pit every night and enjoyed the wilderness location. Only 1.3 miles of unpaved...

“The only demerit I have is: While, yes, the house is Minutes from the Great Sand Dunes, it's a good hour to get to the actual visitor center. The access they mention is to the back side of the dunes. Still amazing and let's you avoid tourist crowds, but my goal was to hike the tallest dunes which meant I had to drive to the other side. ”
