“Every thing was perfect ”

“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the apartment was not very clean, and basic necessities such as hand soap were missing from the bathrooms. These are small details, but they significantly affect comfort and hygiene. Additionally, the location felt unsafe. There were numerous homeless individuals and visible drug use in the immediate area, which made us uncomfortable coming and going, especially in the evenings.
