“There isn't anything I liked . The hotel was awful, staff unhelpful even after we complained. The manger was useless and unhelpful. The shower was broken bed side cabinet was also broken . Draw stuck out the side of bed . It would not close . I kept catching my leg on it . The headboard was dirty . The stairs was very steep. Not the best hotel. won't stay again . Meals was awful . “We enjoyed a lovely evening and overnight stay here. Katie gave us a warm welcome on arrival and she and her team were excellent throughout our stay. There is a clear focus on customer service. Our room (4 -The Aviary) was perfect and had a beautiful bathroom with free standing bath as well as a shower. Our evening meal and breakfast were excellent. We can't fault this place - great for an overnight stay ”

Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights.
