“Large airy apartment. Noise from the street could be heard, but we were tired from site seeing so it hardly disturbed our sleep. Lively part of town, lots of places to eat and drink . We walked to everything and left the car in Cavendish Road carpark 3 minutes away for £6 per 24 hours. ”

There is a permit system, but they just told me they don't really enforce it and not to worry about getting a ticket.
