“I probably did not do enough research as to how Discovery hotels work The Virtual customer service once I got through was polite and helpful but it took 40 minutes to get through. I was asking for a blanket as duvet was very thin. The heating was nt very efficient and in December more detail should be given Housekeeping - if you could find any - very nice and helpful Would book again in summer”
