“Hotel is right across from the Grand Batam mall which is argulably the newest and best mall in Batam. There are multiple massage and spa establishments nearby, and it is about a 15 minute cab ride from the ferry terminal. Hotel is new and feels that way. Only gripe I had was that the aircon didn't seem to get cold enough, and there was a strange smell in the lobby. ”

“Very poor coordination 1) Book for 2 bedroom apartment and was given studio apartment at first. Request to check the booking thereafter given the correct after abt 1 hr delay. 2) Condition far from expected. Very rundown and lot of cockroch. 3) No wifi connection as advertise. ”

“It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. ”

“The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. ”
