“Beautiful hotel, spacious, well renovated, many lighting in the room for different areas, hotel provided ample drinking water and complimentary minibar drinks, friendly front desk. Breakfast was a bit confusing for new guests, long and confusing waiting for services like juice and egg station, they lack clear signage about how to order juice and egg from staff who lack English conversation skills. “The staff at Four Points in Bintan are the most welcoming, cheerful and helpful people I have met, never experienced something like this in my life. The hotel is a great place to relax: one can swim at the pool, walk by the beach, have drinks at the pool bar or exercise at the gym. Perfect to switch off for a few days. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is also great, one probably needs weeks to try all the options; make sure you include when booking. Overall, highly recommended.”
