“We’re seasoned VRBO’ers and rented this cabin to host a mixed family gathering of individuals from 16 to 80 yrs old.Since this was a special trip planned for our daughters and granddaughters, we particularly depended upon the VRBO listing details and reviews to select this cabin.Although we found the ambience of the cabin, grounds, and river to be wonderful, a lack of cleanliness was a significant negative.We found many live ants and some dead wasps infesting Bedroom 2 (including ants in at...

“We absolutely loved the property! It was perfect for baseball families traveling for a tournament and wanting to stay together. The only issue we had was getting ahold of the property manager. We reached out through VRBO and the direct number provided in the house and never heard back. ”

“So lovely and eclectic !! Loved the decor and proximity to the water (I took a chilly November dip!) The house was beautiful, but our really highlight was the forewoman Teri. She was so kind and cool and helpful. We hope to come back soon :)”

“Comfortable and homey! The wrap around porch was the greatest especially in the morning for coffee. Roomy kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Wifi and good tv service. Great beds and bathrooms. Even though you have to walk a ways to the river. It's a superb place for swimming, diving, floating, just sitting. Would visit again.”

“My granddaughter recently had a baby and our family in nearby towns joined together for a day of celebration. The location was wonderful for the 11 family members to meet the newest family member. There was someone for all ages. Games, pool, a nice sitiing area and spece to cook a couple of meals.”

“This is our third stay at this amazing location. Extremely well outfitted, beautiful views, comfortable beds and linens, great a/c. We loved seeing the exotic animals, deers and turkeys and even the cats were a big hit. Highly recommend. We will be back! ”

“Can not speak enough kind words of this home and property. It was so perfect for our large family for this years annual trip to the hill country. The home was well stocked and beds were extremely comfortable. Outside area, especially the pool, were used for most of the day. Also spent lots of time in the river paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing! An absolute playground for all ages. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family! We hope to return again next year and for many to come.”
