WORST VRBO/VACASA EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
This has, by far, been the worst experience I've ever had with VRBO, property managed by VACASA. To start, this rental was an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. I wasn't given the entrance code until two hours after my check-in. That code only worked for a lock box with a key to the back door of the downstairs unit. I was locked out of the upstairs unit the entire time. I recorded the attempts to unlock the upstairs unit, failing each time. I was never helped with the situation. I have been trying to contact VACASA for over three months with no local office representative calling me back the entire time. Shocker, I can't call them, but only a call center. I wan never given the courtesy of a simple phone call to try and explain why I was being charged for something I did not use. I wholeheartedly hope nobody ever rents this unit, let alone from a VRBO listing that is managed by VACASA. This has been a complete rip-off and disappointment.
