“This place has a cozy feel and plenty of space for pets. I brought my cat. It was only a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The landlord answers your questions in a timely manner and is easy to work with. The area has lots to do and see. ”

“This was our 2nd year booking this cozy cottage for the 4th of July and honestly won’t be our last. It’s cozy and quiet (the base helicopter traffic doesn’t bother us) and has great walkable area for exploring and getting your dogs some exercise! The new coffee shop a street over is top tier!!! We love the pool area at the house and our only recommendation is for a patio cover. This property stays in the sun all day and a cover would really help elevate the space and make the patio more usable....

“We had an incredible experience at this property. It was everything thing we hoped it would be and more. I've stayed at several properties and this was the most cozy and comfortable. “The check in was seamless and well communicated. The neighborhood is very nice and homes are beautiful. The rental is a beautiful beach cottage that has everything you need. It is very unique and well taken care off. Close to the beach and nice area to walk. Would definitely recommend!”

“We had a great time in Jax Beach and the apartment was very nice. Only a couple of blocks from the beach - about an 8 minute walk. Close to restaurants, bars and the pier. I was concerned about the Taco Bell being right next door but it was fine and no noise when inside the house. Yard was great for our dogs. Even though we had an issue w our reservation, Zach was awesome and worked with us and we worked it out. Would definitely stay there again. ”
