“OMG this place is so amazing. Five star all the way. We stayed in Lemur room 2 and they hung out mostly on our side. Food was out of this world. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. The zoo is amazing and the tour in the morning was so good. The young man was so great and I cannot explain how beautiful this was. I would love to go back again. xxxx”

“Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.”

“Excellent hotel. Rooms large with a couch and table and chairs. Larger fridge and very comfortable bed. Staff polite and helpful. But had trouble with the lights. ”

“El apartamento que nos asignaron era muy ruidoso y nos cambiaron a una habitación muy amplia y agradable pero no hicieron la limpieza antes de que entráramos todos los muebles llenos de polvo, la terraza con telarañas, vajilla sucia y restos de comida usada en el congelador, al día siguiente tampoco hicieron limpieza y cuando llegaron a darnos toallas limpias, solo se llevaron la basura.”

“This hotel is excellent. Staff are friendly and attentive, lobby is lovely, rooms are excellent will all amenities within and big size. Bedding is super comfortable. This is one of the best hotels ive stayed in. Nothing to fault at all. Highly recommend.”
