“It is probably getting time to replace carpet. We had really wanted to leave a little for our cleaner. But we were all on our cards without cash. Is there anyway to do this now?”

“The property was perfect and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was well stocked, clean and an easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. One of our favorites!”

“Incredible location with comfortable accommodations! Parking in the garage was key! So close to the beach and a wealth of shops and restaurants!”

“Very close to beach, had everything we needed. Communicate with the host was smooth.Thank you”

“Be prepared for paid parking”

“You can’t beat the location of this condo right across from the beach and steps away from the beautiful shops and restaurants of Capitola! The safe, underground parking for two cars was very nice as well.”

“The property was clean and it was an amazing location, close to everything walking distance. The host was easy to contact if needed, and everything was perfect. I’ll definitely come back.”

“Wonderful property with lovely back patio opening to the river. Unusual with 2 parking spaces. Great bathroom and kitchen. Only thing that was difficult was the noise during the day from remodeling next door. However workers were considerate starting at 8 am and stopping about 3pm weekdays and no work on weekends.”

Claire was extremely responsive, provided snacks and a welcome note / wine. Capitola in general seems to have spotty WiFi. I had planned to work from the location but WiFi was...

The WORST part — No assistance available, no helpful or timely response to vrbo messages. No phone numbers or direct contact available with listing — I found that on my own. Called OVR property mgmt company— which is a call center in Phillipines designed to be non-responsive. Could not resolve issue in timely way or...
