“Overall the room was okay. Things would be a lot better if the host would answer her phone or call us back. I tried 3 different times to contact her, and could not. The bed is missing the center support, and sleep has been challenging, the bed feels broken. The fireplace. If it wasn’t for the fact that you could feel the heat coming from it, you wouldn’t know that it was on. Not very romantic. I am very disappointed in the host…”

“It was the perfect quiet & cozy studio to unwind after a long day. It really felt like home from the moment I walked in. I was there for a few days for work, and coming home to this wonderful studio just made relaxing that much better. The location was also nicely situated, being close to everything I needed, especially the good restaurants. 5 out 5, I would definitely stay here again.”

“Location is everything! Just off the main shopping/restaurant street in downtown Capitola and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable stay with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a different heating system for the downstairs living area. It never warmed up. The floor heaters worked great upstairs. ”
