“Clean. Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a supermarket a short drive (<1 mile) if you want to cook a meal. Hosts are proactively communicative and even though they live in the attached larger house, we never saw or heard them.”

“Great overall experience for a beach location. The unit was on the corner away from the main location, which allowed for easy street parking. While it didn't have an ocean view, it was the closest unit to the beach access path which offered an easy quick trip to the beach every morning. The place was pretty big for a 1 bedroom. I was flying solo but it could have easily fit a family of 4. It was incredibly clean with all of the amenities you would need and expect for an extended stay. ...

The price was similar to what we paid for the ritz at turtle bay. The house was old and the dishes were dirty and disorganized. The front room smelled of cats and the neighbors were up late and loud. I searched for the property on the management website while we there and it was available for 1/4 of the price. That price would have been more appropriate...
