“Cute property but my complaints were, the listing stated a dishwasher and check out instructions mentioned to load dishwasher before leaving but no dishwasher to be found. I notified the host(Janiece, she was prompt and nice otherwise) she aplogized and asked us to wash our own dishes prior to leaving. I did it as a curtesy but I was not happy with that and was asked to load the towels in the washer prior to leaving. Why am i paying a cleaning fee if i have to clean up after myself? I don't mind...

“The condo is amazing. It's on the main street of Capitola, yet quiet and serene. It's huge, tastefully, beautifully appointed. My wife, my niece, and I could stop marveling at how big and gorgeous it was. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the walk-in showers perfect. Could not possibly be better, or a better value. ”

“Wonderful location close to the beach and downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee spots. Challenging to find parking nearby on busy weekends, but persistence will pay off. Only cleanliness issue encountered was a towel used by previous guest still hanging in bathroom. Otherwise, VERY clean and pleasant. Two showers were small, but not difficult to regulate like some comments state. I would return!!”
