A short walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the airport, walled city, and Getsemani. We strive to provide our guest with a superior experience and have partnered with a local concierge service to cater to your needs while visiting Cartagena.

Martinique is in one of the newest buildings in Cartagena and our apartment has a private Jacuzzi in the wrap around balcony. It is furnished and equipped with televisions, complimentary wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer.

You will have access to the entire apartment as well as the beautiful rooftop terrace which includes infinity pool, sauna, gym, BBQ grill, and beautiful views. Whether you are staying for 2 days, 1 week, or a month, we will provide the best service for your group.

The apartment is managed by a local concierge service which is available for any questions or concerns you may have about the property or the city. The Concierge can also provide excursions, tours and transportation for a separate fee.

At the moment there is a construction near the building. This may cause noise during your stay. For these reasons we have adjusted our prices.

We booked Martinique in May 2024 for January 17 to February 28, 2025 On the 15 Janauary 2025 our arrival was confirmed by landlord Fernando. A day before our arrival we received a message from a property team advising they double booked us and they have to move us to another location or provide us a refund. We pled to them that we needed to stay at the Martinique as our daughter would be staying there as well, it fell on deaf ears and we were forced to take the alternative location Ferrera Apartments with a partial refund. (This place is residential not for tourist) We asked if our daughter can stay with us and if she needs to be registered. We were assured she could stay and no registration was required. Day one, we had no hot water in the unit, when we asked we were told the unit is not capable of hot water. Never advised of this. Our daughter arrived a few days later and was denied access. We were told to find another place. They didn’t care about the well being and safety of our daughter. Three hours in the lobby pleading to property management team of Caroline, Daniel and Erika, they advised we can stay in another unit, we had no choice but to accept. This apartment had no stove for a week and black mold covering the return vent. We advised we wanted to leave and receive a refund for the remaining of our stay. Refund was denied. We walked away with three weeks remaining and we found a new place. They even admitted our exp was absurd. All communication has been documented

Pros: very clean building and the apartment itself, amazing rooftop lounge with swimming pools and sitting area. Our teenage kids greatly enjoyed the hammock. comfortable beds. Effective communication with an English speaking property manager over texts. Cons: 15-story tall active construction right in front of the living room and the master bedroom pretty much blocking the ocean view. Tips: ask for the second access key card because with only one initially provided you cannot have your A/C running to keep your apartment cool while you are out as the access card needs to be in the special slot inside the apartment to power the A/C and lights. There is no salt or cooking oil so you will need to buy if you want to cook. Uber was the best comfort and price wise. Summary: upon receiving the second access key card we enjoyed our 4-night stay a lot. We would stay in this Martinique apartment again.

This property Overall was excellent.The room looks just as the photos. Bed was very comfortable. I am 6'1 and jacuzzi tub was perfect. The beach is about 10 minute walk, However the street walking to beaches was a little sketchy at certain times...to no fault of the apartment building. Id definitely stay here again.

This property is beautiful! The host was great Fernando provided everything we could of think of from restaurant recommendations to scheduling our COVID test in the comfort of our living room. The apartment is very clean and modern. Everyone in the building was friendly and we met some nice neighbors. When I return to Cartagena this will definitely be my home away from home. The hospitality was great and the host had everything I needed in the apartment. The apartment is stunning and the view is breathtaking. So glad I found this gem!
