“Nice , clean condo. Conveniently located”

“We are repeat renters & have been pleased with this property & amenities in the past. Unfortunately, our last stay was inconvenienced (at 3 separate times) by a water main break. Although this was not the fault of the owner we were forced to shower & etc. elsewhere. The owner did offer use of another property but it was too late. We have asked for an adjustment of one night’s rent but have had no response. Therefore, we cannot give this property a higher rating.”

“Super close to downtown. 15 min walk or 5 minute drive to anywhere downtown. Very good option if you’re looking for privacy and something different than the typical downtown Phoenix hotel. ”

“Everything about this place is perfect. Close to downtown and Train stops. Beds were comfortable and the yard area was perfect for relaxing outside. We had 10 with us 5 moms 5 pre teens and teens. Bedding worked but a bit squishy if you guests are bigger than kids and you want all the sleeping occupancy it offers. But other than that it was fantastic great communication and hospitality with the host they left cute little extras to make the stay better earplugs were the best and sleep masks. Will...
