“We found the unit to be as advertised, clean, roomy, and convenient. It was nice to have a garage for the rental vehicle and all the amenties that you take for granted were available in the unit. For example, Keurig coffee system, coffee drip unit, 3 TV's, 2 patios with furniture, and so on. The neighbors were very friendly and approachable. ”

“Came to Phoenix for one of our best friend’s wedding. They live in the same complex, so location was excellent. The condo was very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Although we didn’t really cook, the kitchen was well appointed. Checking in and out was very easy as was the communication with the owner. Will definitely stay again when we visit our friends next time.”

“This was an excellent stay. All went superbly well. We will certainly consider this condo the next time! Only two points to note: the blocked drain of the bath was very quickly fixed (well done) and there were some suspect black spots around door rim of washing machine. ”

“As a retired couple we will enjoyed staying here. We stayed for about 4 weeks in March. The garage a real bonus not only for unloading/ loading the car, but security as well.Beautiful well stocked kitchen, spacious living areas, and very comfortable beds. The side patio, while tiny was perfect for catching some early morning Arizona sun, and the front courtyard the afternoon sun. We did not use the pool area while we were here, but is a short walking distance from the condo.We were here mostly...

“We chose this location because we were attending an event at the Phoenix Convention Center. The location is super close. The community was clean and very quiet. We used the weight room and hung out at the pool area. The pool was NOT heated which was disappointing, but not the owners fault. However, it would have been nice to know as we chose this studio over others for its pool. The vicinity of the condo was a bit sketchy but we knew we were staying in downtown so didn't expect much. “Good location and lots of nice touches. Property mgmt good. Owner not as good. Problems w garage gate that wasn’t properly addressed by nor communicated about by owner. Beds comfortable and some nice e touches like pool towels and snacks. Need more instruction: how to use tv; where are the dumpsters and how to operate garage gate.”

“The condo is decorated with such flair. Everything included.... even spices! And a float for the pool. Centrally located. Not that I recommend this however we forgot some items in the closet and had to arrange to go back and get them and Melissa and Tom made it easy for us to do. Thank you! We hope to stay again! ”
