“Very nice and spacious condo near the airport, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale.”

“It is the perfect getaway spot! Located less than 10-15mns from all the sights, Old Town, the Phoenix Zoo, restaurants and other major attractions (at least the ones I wanted to visit). The rental itself was perfect-- it is fully equipped and stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need. The host was super responsive, kind and flexible. I will definitely stay here again!”

“Great Condo in very walkable neighborhood.I enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very attentive and the Condo was well stocked with anything needed.”

“The pool was dirty, the hot tub did not work, the thermostat malfunctioned, the A/C went off periodically in 112 heat, and to top it all off the host doubled the price for unfounded cleaning charges. we didn't party and took out all the trash, and loaded and ran the dishwasher. Also, the doors to the washer dryer were broken, a bathroom vent did not work, and there was clearly previous water damage. There is a second, tiny countertop microwave because the main one does not work. STAY AWAY.”

“The house was very clean and everything was so nice! The whole family had their own space that we all needed. Only downside was probably not enough couch space/comfortable chairs to watch the tv.”

“This property was perfect for our family reunion! We had a group of 25, everyone had a bed and plenty of space for mingling, cooking, dining and games. The kids lived in the pool nearly all 4 days of our stay :) Host communication was also prompt and helpful!”

“Hosts were very responsive and accessible. The home was great for a guys golf getaway. ”

“The house met our needs as a family traveling for a graduation celebration needing to accommodate a large party and a dog. The backyard amenities were great for entertaining.”

“Good use of space for 4 adults, 5 kids and a dog. Two bedrooms are hidden beyond the laundry room and each room has a window ac unit. It was quite warm when we arrived but it eventually cooled down to a good temperature throughout. It's in an older neighborhood but quiet area. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was extra comfortable, I slept so well! It is also well equipped with towels and toiletries, laundry detergents, extra sheets. It also has an entire closet of cleaning...

“So convenient fun gathering spaces and quiets , super cute retreat!”
