“Muy mal olor en la habitación,las sábanas de la cama manchadas y muy viejas el microondas se encendía solo y si intentabas prender la lámpara junto a la cama te daba toque y el personal de limpieza por la mañana te toca la puerta con demacioda fuerza a las 8 de la mañana muy desagradable no tienen toallas tampoco están duras y viejas pésima estancia ”

“This was such an extraordinary rental property. The pictures do not do this place justice. I visited Phoenix for graduation and my family and I were able to stay comfortably in the home. We loved the back patio to relax and the beds were amazing for resting. The home is a short walk to downtown and a short drive to many places. 10/10 I would definitely recommend. Highly impressed with the property and host.”

“The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. ”

“We chose this location because it was a mile from our family. It was perfect. Lovely space, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was supplied with all needed dishes/utensils, close to restaurants, grocery, and access to main streets. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street parking. Communication with owner was incredibly reliable and friendly-checking in for comfort and if we needed anything.”

“The home was perfect for our stay and just as beautiful as the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and patio. Such a comfortable spot to relax in! The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve encountered in VRBOs. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely rent again!”

“This house is about 10 minutes from GCU. It was a perfect location for us as we made several trips back and forth to move our daughter out. The showers, kitchen and pool are fantastic! Lots of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the owner.”

“Overall it was an okay stay. The neighborhood wasn’t amazing and upkeep of house was alright. Some things were still dirty but not excessively. The stay wasn’t majorly impacted by the lack of attention to those details but it could’ve definitely made a difference had they been attended to. P.S. the parking should definitely be noted on the listing with a photo included. My car is very low to the ground and unless I was willing to scrape it I had to park on the street. Just something to note for...

“Great rental very close to downtown. Very clean and perfect for two couples or a small family. Brought our 100lb newfypoo who was very happy to sleep on the cool concrete floors. Stayed during the World Series and Halloween and it was a perfect spot in a very cute neighborhood.”

“Overall enjoyed stay; very spacious and comfortable. Few suggestions: backyard needs attention - full of weeds, better quality toilet paper and paper towels - no Kleenex. Took forever to get hot water to kitchen sink which affected the dishwasher - didn’t dissolve tablet, dishes still dirty. Master bathroom had a bit of sewer odor. But we would use this property again.”

“This was a beautiful area to stay. My room was spacious. Had floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, quiet. Soundproofing was done very well. There was a little bit of construction going on. They did include ear plugs in one of the side tables. Not that I used them. I had my own and I only really needed them. One day out of the 10 I stayed. I would have to say that the only negative thing I would have to say about this property is the lighting. I am visually impaired so I need lots of light to...
