“This apartment was a great place to explore Phoenix. The location is close to restaurants, museums, and hiking. Comfortable furnishings, great gym, easy in-and-out. We stayed for a week, and will be back again in the futuire.”

“One of the toilets was broken. The water valve had a huge leak, so it was shut off. (Turning it on made water spray everywhere - not a small thing.) I'm normally not bothered when there are minor maintenance issues, things break, no biggie. But it was clear that the property manager knew the toilet was broken previously, because someone had shut off the water valve. They rented us the unit without telling us of the issue and and just apologized for the inconvenience when I complained. Besides...

“My husband and I were in town for a wedding. We had a very nice stay at this property for a few days. Communication with the host and check in process were excellent. We especially loved the large and comfortable bed. A mini fridge full of cold water was greatly appreciated. Air conditioning worked well and water pressure in the shower was good. This place was clean and nicely decorated. Thank you RaeAnn!”
