“Loved the room apart from not being able to turn off the towel heater in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't enjoy the food. Menu was very limited. The duck parfait starter was very bland and I doubt if the chef made it. The beef cheek was tasteless. Fruit at breakfast had absolutely no flavour although the Eggs Benedict was very good.”

“Good location, near the motorway but far enough away that it is peaceful. Room was clean and aircon was a bonus in the heatwave! Staff in the pub were friendly and helpful. Very good value for money and would stay again. ”

“Cheap and cheerful is the only way I can describe this. It was perfectly fine, nothing wrong just also not great. Staff were fantastic, but room is tired and bare bones, shower was weak and missing shampoo. ”

“It was the worst hotel I have stayed in at least the last 15 years. No hot water in the morning, the bed was ancient, and no one in reception to talk to in the morning to share these complaints. The wifi barely had signal either. ”

“This hotel is a very good choice if you are looking for a place with all the facilities. The gym , swimming pool , restaurant and your Starbucks in the morning morning is all you need .”

“Cuando llegamos al hotel que ademas es restaurante y pub la encargada nos informa que hoteles.com no habia hecho la reserva con ellos a pesar de haber recibido nosotros confirmacion y que no era la primera vez que pasaba. El hotel estaba copado. La señora muy amablemente se contacto con hoteles.com y arreglo nuestra estadia en un holiday inn cercano sin tener que pagar excedente esto lo asumio hoteles.com.”

“This was our second time staying at the hotel, this time round for 3 nights due to attending a wedding. it was an enjoyable experience. we felt safe and the surroundings are lovely. Our friends met us at the services for a play date and we managed to have lunch aswell as children play. The location is fantastic. I hope they stay on top of it and keep it clean for future visits. ”
