Villas en Condado de San Benito

“It was a great property. Lots of windows, lots of sunshine, lots of beautiful views, and lots of room. It is an end unit and there was plenty of room for two families. Very clean. Kitchen had everything you needed, and the bedding was very comfortableThe on-site restaurant, Sanderlings, was a great spot to grab a drink or dinner. Easy access down to the beach. And the grounds are absolutely beautiful. It was a beautiful serene three days away. We all agreed this would be a repeat visit.”

“There was a strange smell downstairs in the property when we arrived - indicating either stale carpets or lack of use… or both. The plug in the bath didn’t fit so taking a bath was impossible. Shower only, although it’s a good shower. The kitchen area had no window and was dark and poorly lit. Whole house was poorly ventilated and upstairs in particular was stuffy not pleasant. Sofabed was uncomfortable, although to be fair, aren’t they all? To be honest, would not have majored on these faults...

“From the moment my self and my family walked in we were all automatically so happy with the place; it was spotless and looked exactly like the photos online showed. The view was spot on, heard and saw the ocean clearly. The host was incredible on communicating all the details and answered questions I had. We have stayed at different places at SeaScape and this was by far the best. I will definitely be rebooking this room.”

“Great location ”

“We had a great time staying here for our family vacation! Home is clean and in a great location. A beautiful view to enjoy, a little walk to the beach and the theatre set up for watching movies together as a family were the favorite aspects of this home!”

“We enjoyed our stay in this unit at the Seascape resort. Great location and views. We saw whales from the balcony and porch. Plenty of space for our family of 2 teen age boys.”

“As advertised but lacking any quality entertainment. No smart T.V., very basic, unclear on which pool and spa was available for our use, and no agreement with shuttle service to and from the beach... Tried to access the facility while we were under contract to do maintenace and construction, thought that was quite unusal and the request was declined by us for security reasons, explained to them that I was with the Department of Defense and there would be no access granted while we were under...

“Very nice condo with ocean views. Nice decorated and well kept. Convient parking and great proximity to Seascape Resort. Quiet & peaceful, comfortable beds.”

“The host and amenities were amazing. We had the best time. In fact we are planning to have another event there in the summer. ”
