It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) “We absolutely loved our stay at this charming rental! The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It truly captured the laid-back costal charm of Capitola. Its location couldn’t have been more perfect which was right in the heart of Capitola Village, just steps away from the beach, shops, and great restaurants. We enjoyed being able to stroll everywhere without needing to drive. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Booking and communication with Monica was excellent. Good location to explore Santa Cruz to Carmel. 2 minute drive to Manresa Beach. The parking pass is a plus, giving you easy parking access to Manresa or Sunset beaches. Good value and cozy property. The unit was a very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was basic, but very comfortable and I am picky.”
