“Amazing! Clean, colorful, with thoughtfully designed spaces that accommodate a variety of preferences and needs. Absolutely beautiful art in every room. My favorite thing was the tiles in the "Lifeguard" bath upstairs. Laurie was easy to communicate with, and the beach (my favorite in Santa Cruz) is literally six houses away! The outdoor shower was a lifesaver after our multiple trips for sandy feet (human and canine). My only regret is not spending more time lounging in the beatiful backyard....

“Our family of nine, adult kids and grandkids, stayed for a week. The home and location was perfect! Everything needed for the beach was provided; towels, boogies boards, wagon, chairs, etc. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed and the living area was very comfortable. The two car garage with openers was a definite plus. Hope to stay there again!”

“House was in pristine condition and amazingly located. So convenient to town and easy to get to the beach. The stairway above the house is out of order, but the walk down to the beach is very quick and pleasant.Beautiful rooms. One large master sized room with a couple of small patios, one with furniture. Another medium size bedroom and a third small bedroom all with very nice beds.Kitchen was lovely and the layout allowed us to be connected to the ocean pretty much all the time. Would rent this...

“Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. I have trouble sleeping at home and I really caught up on sleep during...

“Host responsive & pleasant. Lovely Marina open floor plan home, decorated beautifully. Comfy beds, with private peaceful location. Fenced yard. Central to Carmel/Monterey (15-20 min) & Capitola (35 min). (Avoid hwy 1 Gridlock 3-6) Elroy’s fine food market a treat. Rosini’s & Fandango restaurants yummy. Gayle’s bakery & rotisserie in Capitola. Walking/window shopping in Carmel & Capitola. Fisherman’s Wharf sightseeing. The coast/beach absolutely stunning. ”
