“We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The apartment was very clean and comfy. It's a great location for the state beaches, Newport, and the adorable Wickford village is nearby. Our host Steve was very responsive!”

“The apartment was perfect for my elder parents. They only had a few steps to enter into their residence (and was perfect for the added privacy and being able to head to bed early). In addition to the apartment, we rented the house for our family, and my siblings (including their children). Since we were up at varied times, it gave my parents the peace and quiet they needed. As I stated in my house review, Douglas was immediately responsive to any questions and addressed any needs! ”

“We loved our stay at this location. It was spacious and very clean. They had everything you could need for your home away from home. Simple amenities like extra toilet paper, trash bags, kitchenware, and towels were plentiful unlike some places where you get one extra roll of toilet paper and have to supply your own after that. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I love that they make the keyless entry the last 4 digits of your phone number so you won’t forget it! Would definitely stay...

“Overall, we had a really excellent stay. The apartment was very clean with a lot of items that looked brand new. The king bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated access to linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. The location was ideal, except for hearing some loud music, from nearby bars, on weekend nights.”

“The cottage was small but cute. It's a motel room with a kitchen in the back. The room you walk into is both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom is a good size.I would rent here again for myself but it would be too small for more than a day or two to bring the husband and dog. There was no laundry in the room and I didn't look for laundry facilities.Very clean!”
