“Service on reception was great. We upgraded our room to the top floor at a reasonable price and it was totally worth it. The only negative was the breakfast which we paid for. Although it’s reasonably priced, the quality of the produce could be improved and the coffee was not drinkable. We paid extra for 2 expressos but these should have been complementary given we left the coffee included in the breakfast ”

“The hotel is good, it was clean and so, although you may have the feeling that the best years are behind you. The staff is very helpful, but they forgot to apply our VIP access benefit. Interesting option, the indoor pool, the gym and the saunas. In spite of the explanation about the water temperature, we would have loved it a little warmer.”
