“We had a good stay overall but the house was not very clean. We found toast in the toaster oven and a pair of someones dirty socks when we first arrived. The floor looked like it hadnt been swept in a while. Only one part of the house is actually private, all the other rooms are open or you have to walk through to get to the other end of the house - this wasnt a issue for us as we are a tight group. “Lucie was a great host. We were greeted with a basket of snacks and an impeccably immaculately clean house. Description of amenities and property were exactly as stated. View of the mountains with passing deer was definitely a plus. Enjoyed the hot tub and relaxed in the family room that gave everyone comfortable seating. Beds were comfy and cozy. We enjoyed what downtown Leavenworth had to offer which was a 5 minute drive from the house. Overall a very relaxing stay.”

“The property was very nice and quiet. They stock with everything you might need for your short stay. My only issues with this property was when we got there the hot tub cover was off so water was cold and full of leaves. They had someone there promptly to take care of it but the water was orange and nasty looking after they emptied and refilled so we never got to enjoy the hot tub. “This is a nice place in a good location and the full resort access is very nice. HOWEVER, like other reviewers of properties overseen by the resort, the check-in process is MISERABLE. I did not receive any communication from the resort about it (only got the VRBO confirmation) and my 4 PM check in time became 7:50 PM. It was snowing heavily, and no other common areas were open because of the pandemic. When they originally told us it would be 6 PM, we were offered $75 in resort credit, but with...

“The townhouse was great! However, I was disappointed that many of the resort amenities were closed this trip. The ice skating ring closed. Outside hot tub not warm, sauna not working, Outside pool cooler than normal. One slide not working, the one hot tub that was working was overcrowded. When many guests are spending over $1000.00 a night for a cabin you expect for the amenities to be available and working.”

Second there were three closets in the master bedroom all of which were locked. If I wanted to hang something up (and I did)I had to go into another room down the hall. “We stayed here to celebrate my 70th birthday with kids and granddaughters. A great location and beautiful view! The quibbles, the bedrooms need drapes or shades, the light comes in way too early for families who want to sleep in. Also, TV advertised as Netflix, but it didn’t work. Otherwise I would give it five stars.”
