“My husband and I stay at POC every year, this was our first time staying in this unit and it was just like the listing showed and described. Perfect location for the beach and pool, lovely views from the roof and the screened porch. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure. Could use a dusting, but was clean. May want to bring something to make the tv smart capable. Will be back in future, highly recommend! ”

“This property was well maintained and stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The owners were responsive to questions and the proximity to the beach path couldn't have been closer. It really was literally a 2 minute walk from our spot on the beach back to this property. We especially enjoyed the woodsy deck. It was also very close to Freshfields Village. It came with a starter kit of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc., which was really nice.
