“Perfect stay Accommodation was very clean and a good size room. We also bought our dog with us and a dog bed, towel and bowl with a treat for him was provided in our room which was a lovely touch to our stay. We had a lovely evening meal also one of the best we have had in a long time and lots of choice for a quality breakfast. We will be returning as from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and very professional and helped make our stay perfect.”

It's on the Thoroughfare which is the main shopping street but not in a noisy part and with relatively little traffic running through it. Parking round the back of the pub is plentiful and free. "My experience at this hotel was disappointing. I chose it for one specific reason: the pool and spa, so I could enjoy some time with my 3-year-old son. But when we went to the area, we were told that children are not allowed. This crucial restriction, which should be clearly stated at the time of booking, completely undermined the purpose of our stay. The rooms are basic and dated. The mattress was so soft it affected the quality of sleep, and the overall condition of the accommodation feels worn out. Breakfast was another letdown: they didn’t even have bread — something simple, inexpensive, and essential in any decent buffet. The only positive point is the staff. They were polite, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the rest. Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel and I won’t be returning."
