“Excellent location, service and premier suite room is super luxurious. Worth the price ”

“Cleanliness was perfect and nice view”

“Easy to locate, nice view from our room. There is a food mall on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants. Excellent place to stay for a few nights in Genting Highlands!”

“There are kitchen cabinets but nothing apart from a kettle and 2-3 cups. Would appreciate a microwave or some plates and forks and knifes”

“Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless”

“There is trash everywhere and level 1 f lift door”

“The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. “Hotel con poco personal atendiendo para la cantidad de huéspedes. Las habitaciones de la torre 1 son muy pequeñas, no tan cómodas en cuando a espacio disponible.”

“No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes”

“Genting is afterall Genting. It was fun and pleasant. The housekeeping staff is friendly and i enjoyed their kind attention. The hotel can do with providing better amenities for a resort though. There was nothin more than 2 small complimentary water bottles and coffee packets, for that price range, it does not yet compare with the same at Macau's 4 star and 5 stars. Nonetheless, Thank you for the memories.”

“The heated adult pool is great after a day of activities around the hotel. However, there isn’t hot water in the changing room.”
