“Exceptional stay, the best staff, room, food everything was wonderful thank you”

“Good location!”

“Lovely hotel at the marina. It is a bit out of the way from the centre of Brighton but has shops and restaurants around the hotel. There is also a bus service outside the door. The bar has a lovely view over the marina. A very pleasant stay.”

“The sea view was absolutely lovely, the bed was comfortable and the hotel itself has some really nice features. However, there are areas of the hotel that are looking quite tired and in need of some attention. Our room, for example, had a large section of plaster missing from the wall above the window.

“The hotel has clearly been neglected for a long while and has recently changed owners. While the room was clean, it was dark, devoid of personality or decor (but for a weird crypto-bro style painting) and worn down. The hot water was unreliable. I think they should have kept it shut while doing a full refurbishment, even if they missed high season because I suspect they sadly might not survive the reviews. On the flip-side, the location is great (maybe a bit dark on the lower-floor rooms), the...
