“Good Service and English is good from the customer service. ”

“Great location a little bit outside of Lake Toya, the property is beautiful and well kept and a short walk from the lake. The highlight was the onsen which was super relaxing and the other amenities such as projector , coffee , tatami rooms are just a cherry on top , highly recommended!”

“Excelente ubicacion para ski. ”

“Gran lugar precio/ calidad / location”

“Fireworks right in front of our eye is amazing”

“So good”
