“Fantastic place to enjoy nature and the surrounding areas of Sapporo and Otaru. Staff was super helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was awesome. Piano play at night during the week was actually one of the highlights just sitting and listening to live play for an hour. Having a car helps getting around as there really is not much within walking distance. Many of the frost staff spoke English, but it’s definitely a hotel more for Japanese tourists.
