“This hotel was a delight to stay for two nights. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to medeu was an excellent addition. The lodge itself was nice and clean, comfortable and the breakfast delivered to your room was a nice touch. We struggled to get the sauna working on the first night but this was fixed within minutes. The restaurant located on site whilst is aesthetically pleasing is not for everyone’s taste. Room serving options were good though. Overall an enjoyable stay...

“The hotel is nice overall — good bed, solid infrastructure and a beautiful building, although a bit old. For skiing, it’s a convenient option, located about 15 minutes from the slopes, and the free parking is a plus. However, the friendliness and courtesy of the staff are quite low, so don’t expect warm service. Still, it’s a decent stay and works well if your main goal is skiing.”

Two problems, indoor pool could only be used by paying spa guests and that information was not clear in the description of the hotel. Also our window was completely blocked by a building that was less than one meter away. No view or natural light.”

“The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases.”

Wifi connection did go out at times, but was otherwise stable and even excellent for the price of the stay. I highly recommend staying here :) There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 2km of the hotel, so there's always somewhere to go. ”

“The hotel met my expectations for what I paid. It was clean, air condition worked well, and mattress was comfortable. A mall with big supermarket inside was nearby. Dana, Front Desk Staff, was incredible and the only one who cared and communicated in English. Dana was helpful and I thank her for her thoughtfulness.”

“Delightful experience at Kazzhol. The room is spacious and even comes with 2 beautiful bathrooms, a terrace and our own treadmill! The breakfast buffet is also abundant with wide variety of good quality food with plenty of time and nice seatings to eat. Location is convenient with money exchange, shops, restaurants, parks, sightseeing places within walking distance. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, they answered our long list of inquiries. This hotel is so much better in person. One...
