“A lovely neighborhood. Walkable to so much, including great coffee and food. The space was lovely and roomy. An enjoyable stay was had by all.”

“Another fantastic stay at the flat! We love that we feel right at home here. It has everything we need, including a fully stocked kitchen, which really helps with two young kiddos. The beds are so comfortable and both bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. And the best part is you are right in the middle of the action - walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. Plus Maia (the host) is so responsive and attentive without at all being intrusive. We will be back here...

“The room was more bare bones than I realized. The pillows were not good at all, the bed wasn’t great. Only one tiny lamp with just ceiling over head light which just wasn’t inviting, along with the room being very very dark with very little light from the windows that look out into an alley. ”

“The unit was very clean and as described. The owner included personal touches such as snacks and holiday mugs with hot chocolate packets. The neighborhood was quiet and the unit had quality mattresses that made for a good night's sleep.”

“The space is newly remodeled and spotless. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Ample linens and towels. Decor is basic, all in good to new condition. It's a rear unit with good light but no views. We chose it due to proximity to relatives we were visiting. Fun restaurants nearby. About a 20 minute walk to a lovely beach.”

“it was nice for something to lay our heads however, Tv does not connect to the internet nor is it in the wall anymore, it is very cold and no heat is available. i got not one but 2 parking tickets, however when i tried to pay on the park chicago app before leaving the car, it says payments not needed. so that was great and no parking was indicated on the app.”

“The room was nice and appropriate for what I needed. No frills. Quiet. Modern. Excellent location. On check-in, I was given the wrong code for the entrance, but owner called me after a few minutes and sent me correct info. There were a lot of ants in the studio. The drain in the tub was also slow, making water back up during my shower.”
