“Good communication from Rachel. Key lock box well lit at night. Modern, clean and appointed with everything needed for a comfortable 4-night stay. Good instructions pre-sent on how to arrive and leave. Hurt toe on sharp edge of raised bathroom edge from hall, but left note to consider adding curved bullnose edge (cheap and easy) to spare next visitor. Only "bad" bad thing was found bathroom floor had not been mopped and was very dirty. No biggie. Will come again.”

Overall, it was a great weekend stay for us, clean, (except for the drywall shavings on the floor in some places) comfortable bed and space, and the neighbors upstairs were very loud and could hear every step they took but it was perfect for us. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a small comfortable space for your trip! Again the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!! ”

“Lovely apartment that is clean and well equipped in a convenient location. Unlike all of the VRBO rentals I've had in the past, the host was not quick to reach out and confirm the reservation. My first question was regarding parking that I knew was not included. The host responded that I could find parking without a permit in walking distance. There is, however, a lovely garage within less than 2/10th of mile from the unit that worked nicely. I did not receive the address and check-in...

“A real nice spot, on a nice side type street, real close to DePaul U. It’s a second floor unit, so its quiet to street noise, and/but there is a 3rd floor in the building. Would definitely stay again.”
