“Worst experience. My husband paid for my sister and I to have a girls night in Chicago. This host told me last-minute that they don’t accept third party payments. So we sent all the required documentation to fix it and still stay. Check in is at 3pm, I got a message at 2pm saying they had to cancel our reservation for “maintenance issues”. My sister then contacted the same host, same listing minutes after and asked if this place was available for the night and the host said yes. Needless to say...

“Perfect location! Trendy and safe neighborhood. Clean and so comfortable. We slept like babies - the bed and bedding was A. Nice extra touches like foam ear plugs and a couple water bottles in a fridge. It was hot outside and the A/C works very well. I’d stay here again - the price was much better than hotels in the area. ”

“Perfect get away for our family. Our daughter is going to graduate school in Chicago. We traveled from California to spend Thanksgiving with her and this worked out perfect for the occasion. Easy to access the Blue line to Chicago OHare. Would have liked a few more cooking pans annd items to make dinner. We were able to easily access the rail use public transport to get to everywhere we were hoping to get to. Downtown Chicago, restaurants and stores. Thank You!!”

“Nice, comfortable basement apt but overhead noise from occupants walking around in heels or heavy footfalls mars an otherwise exceptional stay. Also, the ac unit is VERY loud and in summer heat does not cool the apt because of high humidity levels. Beds are comfy and location is quiet. We enjoyed our stay but the noise of the ac unit and the upstairs occupants was annoying. ”

“Loved this place! Pros: excellent location, cute neighborhood, bus stop close by. Apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Easy for 6 adults. Communication with owner was quick. She was always answering texts/questions immediately and very nice. Cons: small drawers/dresser would have been nice. We only had 1 suitcase stand. I would have hung my clothes but no hangars so lived out of my suitcase on the floor for 5 days. Thats really it. Not a lot of cons. I would most definitely stay here...
