“All good ”

“Check in wasn’t great. Apparently there was a glitch with the app so I couldn’t get in contact with the host, but I tried on his personal cell and still got no reply. Got into the room 1 hour late because I didn’t have the codes to the room. The main room was clean and very comfortable. The window has an AC unit which is lovely. The bathroom was okay - definitely not the worst but the shower mat was super moldy so I didn’t use it. Overall okay, 3/5 stars”

“Property outside was not clean. Rung the bell NO ANSWER AT ALL. Called the number that was listed and was told that it wasn't an Airbnb and that the property was sold. Would never refer this property to anyone”

“Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service ”

“Very Clean, everything is really Great, we enjoyed in August 2026 with family of 5, Highly recommended !”

“Clean, spacious and fully stacked with cleaning supplies. Would definitely recommend.”

“There was roaches all over the room and bathroom”

“Neighborhood isn't safe. Vermin/rats roamed outside of unit. - Owner failed to provide check in information until we were outside property in dangerous neighborhood. - False: “Each apartment provides a refrigerator and a microwave,…” Our room had neither. - One King Bed – that is how they determine “Sleeps 3” - Nothing safe in walking distance. - No air conditioning as stated on Expedia. - Water pressure is minimal. - Was unable to get refund because I started the check in process just to...

“The unit is extremely close to the Prudential Center. Host was extremely quick to answer any questions I had. The unit was clean and came with pretty much anything you could need to show up with just clothes and groceries.”
