“Our stay was spoilt because our room was dark and dingey the ceiling lights needed higher wattage bulbs. The sidelight next to the phone wasn’t working so I had difficulty contacting the reception who expected me to go over there in the freezing cold.We made do with my iPhone torch.The restaurant staff were wonderful and we enjoyed the food ”

“The room was nice and clean all amenities suited our stay. The restaurant service was excellent and so was the food. We would have liked a heater in the bathroom as very cold in the mornings. The cleaning staff were helpful and did exceptional job. They were very friendly and obliging. ”

“I was disappointed on this occasion as I’ve stayed here a few times without incident or issue. There was rubbish left on the tv cabinet from a previous patron, hairs on the pillow and dirt and dust clumps in the bathroom. Having a shower was also unpleasant. At best if you run just hot water it went from nice to almost freezing as there must have been other patrons showering at the same time somewhere close. ”

“Stay was comfortable and nice to say the staff who welcome you in reception aren't that welcoming i was greeted by a lady in her 60s i guess i felt she wasn't happy to have us not while welcoming or when leaving thats not the kind way to reply people.”

“We spend three nights here over a weekend. It was at the start of June so a little chilly. The room was super comfortable and spacious. It was a cosy room with comfortable chairs in the sitting area. The fridge was well stocked with soft drinks and they provided plenty of hot drinks. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was adequate for our needs. We only used the restaurant once for dinner on our first night. The food and service was excellent. ”

“I randomly picked this hotel for a stop over on our way to QLD, an I’m so glad I did. Our studio room was just beautiful, our onsite dining was delicious, beds were super comfortable a breakfast was perfect. Highly recommend this property we will be back again.”
