“This is a well maintained, up to date and comfortable home that served as a great homebase as we explored the Loveland and Ft Collins area. We were a bit surprised at the age and condition of some of the other properties in the immediate neighborhood, and the parking really is limited to one vehicle, but neither issue negatively impacted our trip. We would stay here again, thank you for providing such a comfortable home.”

“There were 7 of us. 2 seniors, 2 adults and a 15, 13 and 5 year old. There were several sleeping options. The bunk beds are full size beds plus there’s a trundle bed. Then a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. My husband and I spent one night on the couch which makes out to a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and it actually slept pretty good also. “Place is beautiful, spacious, with very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with small and large appliances, large variety of spices, Kuerig coffee and regular coffee pot, plenty of pots, pans, and baking dishes. Very clean, plenty of closet space, large bathrooms, top of the line washer and dryer. We were delighted we found the place and plan to return!”
