“The unit was neat and clean and had a great view of the beach and water. The tower was dated and needed some work. The owners were very poor communicating any questions and were overdue or late in letting us access the condo at the contracted time even after we requested an early check-in. We had to contact VRBO to ask an initial question before booking and had to contact VRBO again to get checked in as there was zero communication from the owner at check-in time. ”

The unit appeared clean but the roaches were alarming and we were afraid of taking them home in our belongings so we left the property and moved to a hotel. “We had a wonderful stay here in Galveston. The space was relaxing and thoughtfully designed. One of our favorite features was the indoor jacuzzi — it was perfect after a day out on the island.
