“The apartment overall was clean, the beds were comfortable & the sheets felt and looked clean. The couch is a bit too soft for me but still comfortable & can fit 5 ppl comfortably. I really appreciated the the bathroom essentials provided and how the kitchen was stocked with seasoning, tinfoil, zip loc, etc. The decor in the apartment is really cute. My family of 5 enjoyed our stay! Only minor complaint which I overlooked is there is no washer & dryer on-site.”

Leon was responsive to all questions and even brought toilet paper rolls that were missing in bathrooms. House has rear parking for 2 cars; EV slot is a bit tight and fits only a smaller car or SUV. “Location is very central 15-25 minutes to anywhere easy access to I10, parking is on the street and can be tough to find but not bad. The place was clean and true to pictures. It’s quite around there also, I liked and would rent again if I ever went back to LA”

“This suite has a good location in Venice Beach, close to grocery and drug stores. Finding a variety of restaurants within walking distance, however, was a bit more challenging. If you like Mexican and/or BBQ, you’re in luck. Beyond that, you’ll need a vehicle.This suite is perfectly sized for two people and we enjoyed the thoughtful design in such a small area.
