“The house, view, and neighborhood are beautiful. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are up and down stairs to get to the apartment which were not a barrier for us but could be for others. ”

“Larry was very polite and welcoming and the bungalow was perfect for our 3 night stay for the Rose Bowl festivities! We were only a couple of miles from the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl stadium. The bungalow was spotless, well stocked and most importantly cozy and quiet, allowing a nice place to relax between our busy activities. It rained a LOT, but didn’t impact the quality of our stay. We hope to return when there is some of that famous Southern California sunshine. Go IU! ”

“The place was filthy, the floor had not been mopped, tere were foods crumbs all over, the smoke detector was chirping the whole time, trash cans were not clean and had something sticky and paper in them. “We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the only issue was NOT wanting to leave. Our hosts contacted us a few days ahead of our stay to ask if we could switch accommodations from the Mermaid suite to the Japanese Tea House. It was all an adventure and perfectly fine with us. WOW. The Tea House was absolutely amazing. Very cool, very earthy and comfortable.We loved absolutely every minute of our time in Topanga and planning to return for a much longer visit. “This place was amazing! Very clean and spacious. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. Easy to find and get in and out of. Comfortable and location was great for a variety of food and coffee which were easy to walk to. Will definitely check if this place is available for my next visit to the area. I would definitely recommend this place. ”
