“The neighborhood and home itself is beautiful. It had everything we needed. There were amazing views from the porch and right on the water! The host was very attentive and checked in on us. We used the beach pass at Kelly Beach and it was great. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Walked into a musty smell, dishwasher full of dishes and wet towels in the dryer. 2of3 bdrms and 1of2 bthrms in a converted basement that were not to code, the bthrm had no window/fan/vents with stained ceiling tiles, a floor you dare not walk on with bare feet & a moldy shower curtain to boot; the king-size-bedroom had no legal means of egress, only window in the room over 4.5' off the ground and not even 12" tall; did not come close to RI egress requirement 5.7sqft. Holding onto the stair rail...

“This home is a wonderful location for a visit to Narrangansett and activities nearby, including easily walkable to the beach! The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very spacious. The large yard was relaxing, with two large tables to enjoy breakfast and other outdoor meals together. We also appreciated that there was lots of parking available at the house. “Our family of 16 has been renting houses for Memorial Day weekend for many years. This house was one of the best. It was very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone, and all of our family members were happy with their space. The carriage house was a nice bonus - one of the teenagers was happy to sleep there. Parking was plentiful. There were lots of bathrooms and all were spotless. The dining room tables had room for all of us...
