“Super hotel. Muy buena comida , muy bien el spa. Buena ubicación para puntos turísticos. Masajes muy buenos . Lo único a mejorar sería el shuttle a Odawara y puntos de conexión con la montaña.”

“We had a very nice stay. The shower, the sauna and private onsen made our day. We wash our clothes and took time to have a pretty nice family time. The view was espectacular saw Mount Fuji the whole day! It is easy to check in and check out, although the check out time is early (10am). We should’ve reserved one more night to stay longer :) late check out is not available. Beds and bathroom are very comfortable. “The staff is attentive and the onsen is very relaxing. The hotel sometimes feels like a maze. Even though it said on its website that they had a SPA continuously, it was closed for the day we went (tuesday); double check that. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth taking. The walks around the hotel and next to the lake will show you beautiful sights. Walking distance to the waterside shrine and the Laketown. ”
