The cable car trip where you see Mt Fuji was the highlight of our entire Japan visit The food was outstanding. We celebrated my wife’s birthday with a special pass to the guest lounge that had an amazing view and complimentary wine and snacks. ”

“The staff is attentive and the onsen is very relaxing. The hotel sometimes feels like a maze. Even though it said on its website that they had a SPA continuously, it was closed for the day we went (tuesday); double check that. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth taking. The walks around the hotel and next to the lake will show you beautiful sights. Walking distance to the waterside shrine and the Laketown. ”
