Encuentra Hoteles con aguas termales en Hakone

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the property itself is beautiful. Such a unique idea with the late check in and late check out. It made it an easy transition from arriving mid afternoon from Kyoto and transitioning to our ryokan after the afternoon check out. Drinks were well made and the public bath was so welcome at the end of a long day exploring the Hakone area. The complementary snacks and drinks in the room was also a nice touch. “Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home.”

“We followed all check-in instructions exactly as provided, but had no response from the host during the check-in process — nobody answered when we tried to reach them. Note that there are no nearby places/amenities, and you will need a car to get to this property. There was no communication from the host during our stay or at check-out either. The first we heard of any issue was after checkout, when the host raised a damage claim for something that appears to have pre-dated our stay, with no...
