“ We visited Japan for the first time and stayed for a month. We stayed two nights at this hotel. Wished we had stayed longer. We stayed in 4 star hotels and this one was by far the best. The cable car trip where you see Mt Fuji was the highlight of our entire Japan visit The food was outstanding. “We had a very nice stay. The shower, the sauna and private onsen made our day. We wash our clothes and took time to have a pretty nice family time. The view was espectacular saw Mount Fuji the whole day! It is easy to check in and check out, although the check out time is early (10am). Even though it said on its website that they had a SPA continuously, it was closed for the day we went (tuesday); double check that. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth taking.
