“It was a nice, clean 1 bedroom apartment attached to the host’s home. The bathroom was fancy and there was a cool projector to play movies and shows. It was perfect for a couple. The only advice I’d give for people looking is if you plan on storing a lot of cold things, bring a cooler for extra storage. But it was a very nice place, the host was good at communicating and accommodating. There was coffee and hot chocolate pods with a keurig and soap and towels provided. I would stay here...

“Our stay came after an 18" snowfall and near 0F cold in historic Collinsville, so we were concerned about our late arrival, parking, safe walkways and a warm home. What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River. “It fitted it our needs as our staff needed a place to stay for our 4 day event. We didn't do any cooking even though it was a pretty nice kitchen. We could your typical street sounds but it was easy to tune it out. I would definitely stay here again if we have another large scale event to attend!”
