“We stayed in June of 2025 and had a fantastic experience! The house is immaculate and well cared for inside and out! Excellent location between many trailheads and all of the activities within Breckenridge! We have recommended this place to many families considering a trip to the area and we would absolutely stay again! “Beautiful and very private location with a great hot tub close to Fairplay. The cabin is very well stocked and comfortable. I really enjoyed running on the Sacramento Creek Ranch trail network. It has about 3 miles of wooded and/or creekside trails ideal for running or hiking.
