We did watch a cpl movies and Paul(the host) was trying to get an antenna hooked up so we could watch the news but that didn't happen while we were there. “The Red Star Cottage did not disappoint. Great spot for a small group of friends looking to get away from the city noise. The lake was great for our dog to swim and play and the paddle boat and row boat were out too. Pre season, so it was too chilly for us humans to swim. But lake was clean and sandy bottom! We had a bonfire with s’mores, grilled on the deck, and sat out under the stars. The cottage came with everything you would need. Only feedback would be more Tupperware to use for...

“This was a spot as close as possible to a very good fishing spot. The accommodations were very clean and very comfortable for two married men used to the creature comforts. Beds were comfy, the enclosed back porch was awesome. We had all we needed, and more! I will book it again, when the time is right!!”
